What we store

We only store the data we need to provide the service: registration details (email address, hashed password), your consultation history with Clara, your language settings, and a technical session cookie.

We savenoneImport profile from external sources.noneTracking IDs from third-party providers, andnonebiometric data.

Where your data is stored.

The primary storage location is Switzerland (Geneva, ISO-certified data centre CH-GVA-2). Disaster recovery is located in Denmark (DK-2), under GDPR regulations. No data leaves the EU/EFTA area.

Who has access?

You yourself, and in the event of an audit, the legally responsible lawyer. The development team hasnoneRead-only access to consultation content in the production system; only aggregated, anonymised telemetry for operation and security.
