What we do

We make Swiss residence law accessible: permits, deadlines, procedures and life events, for all 26 cantons, in six languages. Every statement is backed by the applicable statute, the primary source (Fedlex) and a review date. Where the sources do not settle a question, we say so openly.

Independence

We sell no insurance, take no referral commissions and favour no providers. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking: visits are counted with self-hosted, cookie-free analytics in Switzerland. The site is paid for by one service, the dossier check, bought by the people who use it.

Information, not legal advice

SwissImmigrationPro explains the law and does not represent you. We give general information, not case-specific legal advice. For a mandate, the platform refers you to lawyers entered in the cantonal bar register; the decision on a permit always rests with the competent authority.

How the site is paid for

Everything you can read here (articles, canton pages, tools and the crisis directory) is free and is not funded through your data. The one paid service is the dossier check: Matteo, in Geneva, reads the file you are about to submit and answers in writing within 72 hours, for a fixed CHF 149 paid once, only after your case is confirmed to fit.
